At Nedo Sports Inc, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Since many of our products are made to order, our return policy is designed to be fair and flexible.

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are custom-produced upon order. Because of this, we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly:

●      Replace the item at no cost, or

●      Issue a full refund

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, we are happy to accommodate exchanges.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

General Returns (No Defect)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect or error:

●      Requests are reviewed individually

●      Items must be unused and in original condition

●      Return shipping costs may apply

As items are produced specifically for each order, refunds in these cases are not guaranteed.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
